Incredibly mysterious, deep and dense aromas of wet leather and clay. Summons up images of an arid plane. It has a lactic charge with flavors of dried plums, borage, and wild dandelion.

• Roast: Conical earthen oven lined with stone.
• Crush: Hand mashed in a canoe with an axe.

• Distillation: Double distilled in filipino still with copper pot and serpentine condenser.
