It has a composite scent of spices, aromatic herbs, jam and plum. Rich and juicy in taste with a scent of sour cherry and an aftertaste of ripe underbrush. It is best served with tasty red meat dishes such as roasts and red meats accompanied with sharp flavored sauces. It combines very well with game and/or seasoned cheese. It can also be drunk as meditative wine.
