Dezzani Barolo San Carlo 2019
This wine is made of Nebbiolo coming from the most prestigious area of Langhe: Michet, Lampia and Rosè. The manual harvest in early october is followed by the grapes vinification: a forty days maceration at controlled temperature and the subsequent malolactic fermentation. After thirty-six months in the traditional large oak
barrels, this Barolo spends other six months in the bottle for a final refinement. The name San Carlo pays tribute to the protector of the district where Dezzani has been based for more than eighty years.
