Expert tasting note: (2016 vintage) "Deep & darkly pigmented ruby-red, though not opaque. Ripe cassis fruit on the nose marries with lifted leafy/menthol charachter & toasy/cedary oak notes. The initial fresh cassis on the palate is lifted by fresh acidity. Riper red-plum notes show emerge on the mid-palate leading to a liquorice core.
