Critic tasting note: (2007 vintage) "Peppery, clove, vanilla, spicy, blackberry jam, tobacco, barnyard, saddle leather and meat aromas with a bit of roasted pepper. Round, dry, elegant but a bit hollow. Fresh with clove, poultry, spicy, savoury, oaky, milk chocolate, tobacco and black cherry flavours with a bit of mint and resin on the finish and some green tea tannins.
