Alberta Distiller's Rare Batch No. 2 21 Year Old

For over two decades in the foothills of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, three barrel styles have influenced the aging of Alberta Distiller ’s second rare Canadian whisky release. Canadian Whisky, Bourbon Whisky, and New White Oak barrels aged Rare Batch Issue No.2 laying down in a rack style, promoting greater air flow around the barrels at a higher elevation. This traditional maturation process influenced several flavour profiles in combination with the dry air and chinook winds of the foothills.

TASTE: Notes of vanilla, dark molasses and a touch of pepper

AROMA: Spicy with hints of caramel and oak

FINISH: Smooth and sweet
