A56 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

A Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon, diving deep into flavors of dark fruits, cassis, and tobacco, with a robust structure perfect for red meat. Complex aromas of blackberry, plum, mocha, graphite, herbs, leather and forest floor. The palate is powerful yet elegant, with a long, tannic finish.

93 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

Made with 13% Cabernet Franc, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon A56 begins with a ripe core of dark red and dusty black fruit while a beautifully balanced oak essence lifts the nose. Full-bodied and generously layered, the mouthfeel is delicate, balanced and round in its youthful state. At the same time, the tannins are succulent but firm as the wine glides to a delightfully long, lingering finish. It will benefit from additional cellar aging; however, it already shows magnificently and will have no problem filling its shoes in due time. Only 800 cases were produced after the wine rested for 22 months in 50% new French oak. Give it a try.

93 Points - James Suckling

Aromas of cassis and blackberries with walnuts, licorice and cigar box. Full and meaty, with a deep core of ripe berries, coated with polished tannins. Structured and wide with a blue-fruited finish. Drink or hold.
